Un deuxi\u00e8me exemplaire est \u00e0 conserver<br>\npar le locataire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\">The rental concluded between the parties under this agreement may under no circumstances benefit, even partially, third parties, whether natural persons or legal entities, unless with the owner\u2019s written consent. Any breach of this provision may result in the immediate termination of the rental at the tenant\u2019s expense, with the rental amount remaining permanently acquired by the owner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 6px 0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Article 4 \u2013 cancellation by the tenant:<\/span><br>\nAny cancellation must be notified to the owner, with acknowledgment of receipt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 6px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:\n<\/span><br>\nthe deposit remains acquired by the owner. The owner may request payment of the balance of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\">If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date stated in the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the g\u00eete. The deposit also remains acquired by the owner, who will request payment of the rental balance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">b) if the stay is shortened:<\/span><br>\nthe rental price remains acquired by the owner. No refund will be made.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Article 5 \u2013 cancellation by the owner:<\/span><br>\nThe owner refunds the tenant all sums paid in advance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"display: block; box-sizing: border-box;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Article 6 \u2013 arrival :<\/span><br>\nThe tenant must arrive on the specified day within the time slot mentioned in this contract. In the event of a late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Article 7 \u2013 payment of the balance:<\/span><br>\nThe balance of the rental is paid 1 month before the start of the stay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Article 8 \u2013 inventory and condition report :\n<\/span><br>\nAn inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or the owner\u2019s representative on arrival and departure from the g\u00eete. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute regarding the condition of the premises. The cleanliness of the g\u00eete upon the tenant\u2019s arrival must be recorded in the inventory. Cleaning under normal use is the responsibility of the owner. In the event of abnormal use of the premises, or exceptional dirtiness, the amount of the costs will be deducted from the tenant\u2019s security deposit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Article 9 \u2013 security deposit :<\/span><br>Upon the tenant\u2019s arrival, a security deposit in the amount indicated on the front of this contract is requested by the owner. After the joint check-out inventory has been completed, this deposit is returned, less the cost of restoring the premises if any damage is found.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\">In the event of an early departure (before the time indicated in this contract) preventing the check-out inventory from being carried out on the same day of the tenant\u2019s departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding one week.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Article 10 \u2013 use of the premises :<\/span><br>\nThe tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Article 11 \u2013 capacity:<\/span><br>This contract is drawn up for a maximum occupancy capacity. If the number of tenants exceeds the accommodation capacity, the owner may refuse the additional persons. Any modification or breach of contract will be considered to be at the client\u2019s initiative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Article 12 \u2013 animals :<\/span><br>This contract states whether or not the tenant may stay accompanied by a domestic animal. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Article 13 \u2013 insurance:<\/span><br>\nThe tenant is responsible for all damage arising from their actions. The tenant must be insured.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0 0 10px 0;\" class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Article 14 \u2013 payment of utilities :\n<\/span><br>Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for normal use.
