NATURE

The Drôme territory is full of wild water points and rivers such as the Drôme, the Lez, the Eygues and the Ouvèze, or the gorges of the Toulourenc, the Roubion, or of Ubrieux in the Baronnies.

Our region offers beautiful mountainous slopes: an absolute must-see site, Mont Ventoux culminates at an altitude of 1,910 metres above sea level; the Massif des Dentelles de Montmirail also offers magnificent panoramic views, as well as beautiful steep walls (the Saint-Amand ridge rises to 730 metres), further north the Lance dominates at 1,340 metres and the Devès at 530 metres overlooks Nyons. A little further on, the Saou forest and the Baronnies are well worth a visit.
